Terms of service

By signing up for DetailingStack you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't sign up. If your business does in a way the standard terms don't cover, email sales@detailingstack.com about our Enterprise agreement.

The service

DetailingStack is a SaaS for detailing businesses. The service runs on shared infrastructure with multi-tenant isolation; we commit to the security + uptime described in our SLA.

Subscription + billing

• 14-day free trial. No card required until day 12.
• Monthly billing via Stripe. Cancel anytime; no prorated refunds.
• SMS usage is billed at Twilio pass-through + 20%. We show the breakdown on your invoice.

Acceptable use

• Don't use DetailingStack to send spam or messages unrelated to your detailing business.
• Don't attempt to access other tenants' data or probe the platform for vulnerabilities outside our responsible-disclosure program.
• Honor SMS opt-outs. Our webhook does this automatically for STOP keywords; if your customers opt out by phone call, mark them opted-out in Customers.

Termination

We can suspend accounts that violate this policy. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; we keep your data for 90 days post-cancellation so you can change your mind.
